Study the performance levels of staffs working in the Maritime Transport Services Companies and specify the required training courses, and set a general annual plan for the training courses and present it to the Board of Directors.
Regulate each training course alone and coordinating with lecturers.
Coordinate with the other local authorities in accordance with holding common training courses serving both sides, and participate suitable numbers of members of Alexandria Chamber of Shipping in these courses.
Notify other authorities related to Maritime Transport Industry to participate in attending the training courses held by Alexandria Chamber of Shipping.
Regarding the training courses organized with the international organizations, its planning will be referred to the Chamber’s Board of Directors.
Study the issues referred to the committee by the Chairman.
